VFW Post 1581 and Creighton University participated in a POW/MIA run from Creighton University to Memorial Park in Omaha (63rd and Dodge Street) 9-15-17. VFW Post 1581 provided a POW/MIA speaker, CWO George Dewitt (ret.).
There was no cadence, only silence, as 150 Army and Air Force cadets from Creighton and UNO marched into Memorial Park, gathered together to pay tribute to prisoners of war and those missing in action.
